At Shelf Therapy Co., we want you to genuinely love what you ordered. If something's wrong, we'll make it right—no endless email chains required.
We offer refunds for:
📦 Items we sent incorrectly - If we messed up your order, that's on us
💔 Damaged or defective products - If your shirt arrived with issues, we'll fix it
The Timeline:
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of your purchase date. We get it—life gets chaotic and sometimes you don't open the package right away. Just don't wait until next year.
How to Request a Refund:

- A brief description of what's wrong
